Have you ever thought how to make the curve switchable smart glass? If we have ever made laminated glass, two difficulties could be meet at high chance: 1. Two panel tempered glass are possible not coincide in flatness, which will easily make the bubble after lamination 2. The PDLC film inside the two curve glass would possible move due to the EVA melt mobility, which requires very high and strictly accuracy at layers putting and pressure control. Of course, if you have very experienced lamination skill, these problem would be improved or even solved. But for people who doesn’t has much experience or even not a little at all, how should we do for curve glass?

Self-adhesive smart film used for curve glass, there are two advantages: 1. Could adjust and directly past to existing glass, no need to consider the flatness of tempered glass. 2. No concern about the position moving for the smart film, as the extra size could be cut by knife and the film could be peeled off and re-pasted, convenient installation.
